West Jordan City Hall Community Room

 

Auditions for A Connecticut Yankee, the musical, will be Sept. 9th (4-6 p.m.) and Sept. 11th (1-2 p.m., callbacks will follow (by invite only, not all auditioners will require a callback to be cast) at West Jordan City Hall Community Room on the 1st floor (8001 South Redwood Road).

 

Youth ages 7-17 should come prepared to:

• sing an upbeat song
• read from the script and
• learn some short choreographed moves

This is your opportunity to show off your talents on the stage, even if you are new to theater but love performing!

 

Performance dates will be November 5^th, 6th, 8th, 12th, 13th and 15^th at 7:00 p.m. Location T.B.A.

 

 REQUIREMENTS:

Audition Form

Parent Volunteer Form (1 per family-We are a 100% volunteer-run organization. Parent/Gaurdian participation is REQUIRED. Parents/Gaurdians who do not volunteer to help will not have their youth considered for a part.)

 

Audition paperwork and rehearsal schedules will be available during the audition dates. You may download an audition_form and parent_volunteer_form and print from home.

 

If cast, a $25 cast fee will be required. Scholarships are available for those unable to pay. (Scholarship application will be available at the cast meeting)

 

 

***If cast, EVERYONE must attend a MANDATORY meeting with at least one parent or guardian on Sept. 15th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the City Hall Community Room. A $25 cast fee will be required for each cast member at this time. Scholarships are available for those unable to pay (application will be available at the cast meeting)***
